    You do realize Already Gone was recorded BEFORE Halo…Ryan who worked with Kelly before Beyonce played Already Gone for B and she liked it so much and like the diva that she is she insisted he produce a song for her that was like it and released hers first and Kelly is also on the record as saying she never wanted to release AG when she heard the similarities but her record company released it w/o her blessing.

    This track is supposed to be the same track cuz the guy that did it gave it to both beyonce and kelly. I honestly think the both songs sound very different and I like them both.

    Kelly’s CD was already done by the time Halo hit the radio. So she didn’t copy her.

    If she knew it sounded like halo then why did she make a video for it and release it?Highly unlikely that she and anyone from her camp didn’t hear the song.Beyonce recorded and completed the album before Kelly.Everything we heard from Halo is here too so I’m tired of it.Been there heard that*sigh*.

    What people forget …
    What people forget is most of Ryan Tedder’s and One Republic songs have that same beat. And yeah there are similarities with the beat but thats it.
