I think people will still watch even if he wins. The last show ratings will be threw the roof. But I'm not saying he should I have disliked him from Hollywood on. We would have another Taylor ( low record sales) Hicks on own hands. Vote for Haley or Phil Next week.

If he wins I think this will be the end of the show! Let's face it this years show is probably the worst one yet! It seems like it is all a big joke except for a few. Could they not find some better singers that what they've got! I know a few of them are good but in all they don't compare to previous years.

Yes it will. The show has proved to me that it's all a big fat joke and will not watch it anymore after next season. This is the 1st time I see it all the way through and with Sanjaya still there it has confirmed to me that it's all a popularity contest and it's stupid.

I don't know why everyone is saying Sanjaya will win now! I mean we still have the hope of Jordin, Lakisha, and Melinda winning (although I think Melinda will probably win) Sanjaya was in the second group of people which means he wasn't exactly the top! I mean he could've been soo soo close to being in the bottom three! I'm still mad that he is here though and I can't believe Gina went over him.. Although I didn't like Gina that much I still would've rather had her on for another week than sanjaya! But to answer you initial question.. probably last year everyone wanted Chris to win and he didn't and I think everyone wants melinda to win so if she gets voted off and Sanjaya wins I don't think very many people will be watching next year

Funny you should ask that! Did you know that Simon Cowell left the British version of his Pop Idol because he was quite fed up with the way the Brits were voting? So if it happens here, I have every faith Simon will walk and there is no show without him. One thing to note about Sanjaya…the boy will sell tickets when they tour the US-and we know cold hard cash is the bottom line not the integrity of the show…
